Currently, the online ticket sales for the visit to the Wax Museum of Barcelona is managed through the online ticket software Clorian, which is accessed through a tab for ticket sales available on the museum's websites.

Clorian informs in a clear and unequivocal way the conditions of purchase of the tickets on each of the different types of visit, which can be consulted and must be accepted before the purchase is formalized. The aforementioned ticket purchase conditions do not apply to distributors.

All entry modalities will be subject to these conditions, the application of which the User expressly accepts when formalizing the purchase of one or more tickets.

The valid visit modalities are those that appear at all times in the section of the web "types of visit".

The confirmation of the order made by the User is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase. In case of wanting an invoice, the User has to inform us by sending an email to info@museocerabcn.com or through the purchase confirmation email itself.

The User will not be assisted by the right of withdrawal from the purchase of tickets as it is a service linked to an entertainment activity, with the provision of a specific date and period of execution, as established by articles 97 l), and 103 letter l) of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16th, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
